Abstract:

Energy security and climate have become issues of increasing importance globally. China, as a major political and economic power, has a responsibility toward energy conservation and emission reduction. The automobile industry is facing severe emission reduction challenges in following the low carbon process. The trend of the total expansion of China's automobile industry is irresistible and transformation of the vehicle energy structure is also imminent. An initiative to effectively determine the gap between China and other auto powers in low-carbon development and remove the key influence factors will be essential toward realizing low-carbon development of China's automobile industry in the future. This study uses an analytic hierarchy process to analyze the factors that influence China's low-carbon development in the automobile industry and presents comparisons with other countries. This will provide a reference for the low-carbon development of the future automobile industry in China.

Abstract:

It is a key link to realize development plan of western traffic construction of China's "The Eleventh Five-year Plan"  by accurately and objectively post-evaluating the social and economic benefits of research results of traffic science and technology projects and strengthening the management of project achievements and the transformation of them to productivity. Based on the determination of the performance evaluation implementation flow of the traffic science and technology projects, and standing at the post-evaluation perspectives analyzing the social and economic benefits, this paper builds relatively perfect project evaluation criteria and establishes the systematic framework using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Access 2003. It fully realizes the scientificalness, effectiveness and rationality of the traffic science and technology projects evaluation, promoting the decision process much more programmed and scientific.
